He has been a Partner in a Top 50 law firm, a Managing Director in a Big 4 Accounting Firm, and an Associate General Counsel/Chief Privacy & Compliance Officer of a $9 billion global company.

Scott graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law while concurrently earning a Masters of Business Administration. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Law from the University of Florida, and he is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
